Hi, my name is Yasmine ( Yasmine x Makeup Artist) 

 

My love of beauty developed from a young age, being surrounded by strong, beautiful Middle Eastern women, I always admired the steps they took to take care of themselves. Fast forward to my teens, and beauty wasn't just what I admired, but had become a passion. I started to develop my craft in my late teens, practicing on any one that would let me!

In 2008, I landed my first job in the beauty industry, working as a Makeup Artist for Sephora Canada, where I competed against artists all over the country and successfully became part of the Sephora Canada Senior Artistry team. There I continuously learned from leading Makeup Artists for each brand, and perfected my ability to work with any and all skin types, and shades. Within that role, I trained, educated, and certified new artists. Around that time, I also took to social media, sharing tips and tricks with my supporters, and developed a wonderful community of like minded individuals from all over the world. 

 

As an Artist, I continue to expand, and develop my craft by learning from Celebrity Makeup Artists such as, Mario Dedivanovic (MUA to the Kardashians), Danessa Myricks (Celebrity MUA and Photographer), Tamana Rohshan (@DressYourFace), and Lauren Damelios. This allowed me to hone my craft, learn, and perfect all forms of makeup applications, and continue to stay up to date with new products.
